Economic Development
Program

This program drives socio-economic development by fostering the creation and growth of micro-enterprises as an alternative to unemployment and economic dependency. It promotes self-sufficiency and local productivity by supporting early-stage businesses with growth potential. The program includes a training cycle and equipment subsidies for business startup.

Requirements:

Community Development
Program

This program encourages self-management and civic participation within the communities served. Through support networks, leaders and residents collaborate to identify and implement solutions to local challenges. Community Boards also receive training on their roles and responsibilities.

Training that opens doors to lasting careers.

On the Job Training
Program

This program provides participants with hands-on job training at qualified training centers. They are evaluated for their skills and experience, receiving workshops and practical training in various employment categories. Eligible employers can become training centers and receive a wage incentive in exchange for retaining at least 50% of participants.

This program offers wraparound support services to individuals and families facing special risk situations, providing comprehensive case management and assistance to overcome unexpected emergency needs and stabilize the family unit in areas such as health, emotional well-being, and home safety.
